Qualifications :
One year of caregiving experience
Ability to follow care plans and work independently
Good communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities :
Personal Care : Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Daily Living Support : Assist with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Companionship : Engage in conversations and activities with clients
Monitor Health : Report changes in clients' health or behavior
