• One year of caregiving experience

• Ability to follow care plans and work independently

• Good communication skills

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Daily Living Support: Assist with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Companionship: Engage in conversations and activities with clients

• Monitor Health: Report changes in clients' health or behavior
