Rapidly growing, family-run home services contractor is looking for a professional full-time insulation project estimator. Training and mentoring provided. For enthusiastic candidates with great communication skills and a collaborative work ethic, the sky is the limit.
The friendly, genuine, above and beyond customer service we pride ourselves on begins with the estimator’s visit to a residential or commercial customer site. In this role, you will listen to the customers as they share their story and express their needs. You will then inspect the property and make recommendations to connect what you see with the solutions we provide.
Qualifications:
- Driver’s License
- Clean DMV Print
- DOT medical card and valid commercial driver certification
- Proficient English, bilingual Spanish is a plus
- 2 years of experience selling or installing spray foam, blown-in, and batt/rolled insulation (preferred)
- Must submit to drug and background screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
