Summary
Rapidly growing, family-run home services contractor is hiring new Spray Foam Insulation Installation technicians. Selected applicants will receive thorough training in our products and procedures, along with mentorship with fellow technicians.
Spray Foam Technician Skills
- Safely operate advanced spray foam equipment, including site preparation, chemical mixing, gear maintenance, and precise disbursement of materials
- Install a variety of insulation and air sealing products in walls, attics and crawlspaces
- Use common industry tools such as knives, saws, and staple hammers
- Work in compliance of company, state and federal guidelines (OSHA and DOT)
- Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Ability to lift & carry at least 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Driver’s License
- Clean DMV Print
- DOT medical card and valid commercial driver certification
- Proficient English, bilingual Spanish is a plus
- 2 years experience with spray foam installation (required)
- 2 years of experience with blown-in and batt/rolled insulation (preferred)
- Good work ethic and good attitude
- Must submit to drug and background screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
