Responsibilities
- Networking: Build a strong professional network in the community to generate referrals and expand client base.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients through relationship building and superior service.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Policy Reviews: Review clients' current insurance policies, identify gaps, and offer comprehensive solutions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, claims, and concerns.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possess a NJ Property & Casualty License.
- Proven Commercial Lines sales experience and performance
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients effectively.
- Customer Focus: A passion for helping clients and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an in-person work environment, fostering relationships and driving results.
- Team Collaboration: Work well within a team, support colleagues, and contribute positively to a goal-oriented culture.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with basic office software and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Travel will be required. Must possess active Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
