What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Representative - Waco, TX. position at Colonial Iron Doors?
We are looking for an experienced outside sales representative at the Waco, TX area to prospect, lead and manage customers effectively, ensuring high sales performance, exceptional customer service, and increasing company revenue, while efficiently overlooking installation processes, maintaining financial control and achieving profitability targets.
The responsibilities associated with this position encompass various facets of our operations, including but not limited to:
- Embracing the company's vision, mission, and values while adhering to established procedures.
- Engaging in daily prospecting activities targeting home builders, commercial contractors, interior designers, and architects aimed at generating new leads and bolstering sales.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing house accounts, and directly liaising with homeowners for remodeling projects.
- Providing exemplary customer service, offering solutions to both new and existing clientele.
- Collaborating with the account management team to drive new sales, and working closely with the Planning and Coordination department to ensure project success.
- Fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment and traveling as necessary to meet potential customers and other market managers.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of sales activities in the company's CRM system, and monitoring and evaluating sales forecasts to enhance performance.
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas as set forth by senior management.
Compensation: Base salary Performance bonus.
