Job description

We will provide you with the training and support to obtain your state health and life Insurance license. In addition, you will receive training to be successful and effective in uncovering the needs of our clients to provide tailored benefit solutions. Responsibilities:
· Generate marketing opportunities and launch new sales initiatives and programs
· Maintain database of current and prospective customers
· Direct one-on-one communication with clients
· Consultative process to discover and provide customer solutions
· Creatively prospect for potential opportunities
· Work in a team-oriented environment
· Conduct outside sales calls to potential clients
· Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
· Analyze market trends to develop sales strategies
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
· Ability to work in a self-motivated & competitive environment
· Capable of generating leads and following a business process
· Strong desire to meet goals & quotas
· Comfortable with public speaking to businesses and business owners
· Determination to build and nurture client relationships
· Success-driven and results-oriented
· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
· Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
· Ability to analyze market data and trends
Note: Requires an Arizona Life and Health Insurance License; or be willing and capable of taking and passing the exam within one month or less (preferably). By doing so, Colonial Life will pay or reimburse for the cost of the state exam.
