Seeking a professional business to business Agency Sales Manager to grow our team in the El Paso County area. The city of Colorado Springs and its suburbs make up a booming market and Colonial has had a 20% growth for the last 3 years, with multiple QTD sales plan hits as well as producing 10 different 10k90 hits and 3 20k90 hit. We're looking for more great people, great people to help continue that trend! Will work closely with the Agent Development Managers and other Agency Sales Managers to drive sales and assist in training new talent. **This is a 1099 Contractor Role**
