Job description:
This role is for a 1 on 1 benefits enroller. You will sit down with local employees at local businesses to assist the sales team in enrolling their client's in the current benefit offerings. You will having training around the product we offer.
You will be paid commission per enrollment.
If you do not carry an Arizona Life and Health Insurance Producer License, you will be responsible for attaining one. We will provide you with the training.

Responsibilities:
- Generate marketing opportunities and launch new sales initiatives and programs
- Maintain database of current and prospective customers
- Direct one-on-one communication with clients
- Consultative process to discover and provide customer solutions
- Creatively prospect for potential opportunities
- Work in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a self-motivated & competitive environment
- Experience generating leads and following a business process
- Proven ability to meet goals & quotas
- Comfortable public speaking with businesses and business owners
