Job Summary

Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including networking and community events.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products that align with their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their insurance policies and claims processes.
Experience
- Be coachable, willingness to learn our systems and technology
- Have excellent communication skills or willing to learn.
- Willing to contact customers in person or on the phone.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
