- Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels including telemarketing and outside sales efforts.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions to meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Administer benefits programs in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on policy renewals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or sales administration is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is a plus.
- Excellent marketing skills with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous.
