Seeking a professional business to Business Benefits Administrator to grow our team in the Twin City Metro. The Twin Cities and its suburbs make up a booming market and Colonial has had a 20% growth for the last 3 years and need great people to help continue that trend! Will work closely with the District Manager to drive sales and assist in training new talent.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive account management strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support as needed.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to expand the client base.
- Analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and enhance service offerings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
