What are the responsibilities and job description for the Colonial Life Arena Event Manager position at Colonial Life Arena?
Event Manager for Colonial Life Arena will manage all aspects of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; in coordination with venue security, will interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run safely and smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff and delegate assignments as needed; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job-related field and 1 or more years of job-related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job-related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the sport and entertainment field. Experience with AutoCad software, or willingness to learn a new program.
