Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Bibb County, GA. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with developing and managing relationships with clients and your team of agents to drive sales and growth opportunities for Colonial Life's benefit services. This role involves self-performing business development and client services along with managing a team of benefit consultants.
