This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Brandon, MS. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive agency growth, establishing and maintaining relationships with agency leaders, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to enhance agency performance. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
