Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Representative based in Columbus, OH. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with business owners and HR professionals to promote and sell Colonial Life’s benefit products and services. Daily tasks include prospecting, scheduling and conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, providing client service, and maintaining regular follow-ups with clients. Additionally, the role involves educating potential clients about the benefits of the company's products and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Customer service experience and a client-focused attitude
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
