Duties:
- Meet directly with small business owners
- Conduct sales activities, including outside sales
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline
Requirements:
- Ability to learn our proven process - experience in insurance sales preferable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Comfortable with outside sales activities
