Colonial Life, a fortune 500 company is currently looking to contract a District Training Manager that has a willingness to learn the skills of training and development of new agents. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing new agents in the exciting business-to-business employee benefit segment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Supervise and mentor insurance agents to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies
- Analyze profit loss reports and implement strategies to improve financial performance
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Provide leadership and guidance to the district team to foster a positive work environment
