Pay: Sales Reps average $52,000 in year one (unlimited commissions)

*JOB DESCRIPTION*
Colonial Life is looking for enthusiastic, career-minded candidates for the consultant position to work in a professional business-to-business sales environment. Management & advancement opportunities are available immediately for qualified candidates! Prior insurance experience is welcome, but not necessary!
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize effective communication and customer service skills to build rapport and foster relationships.
- Conduct outbound and warm calls to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
