General Job Description – IT SPECIALIST II
We seek an experienced IT Specialist 2 to provide expert-level support across various IT systems and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Active Directory,
Microsoft Entra ID, M365 Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure Power Apps, VMware management, Linux, and cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in IT support, particularly in managing Active Directory (AD) environments, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, and Exchange Online while ensuring seamless connectivity and user productivity.
In addition to supporting end-users and troubleshooting issues, the IT Specialist will play a key role in managing cloud-based services, designing solutions using Azure Power Apps, and maintaining secure and reliable systems in a hybrid or fully cloud environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) preferred
- Azure Solutions Architect (Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or equivalent
Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Active Directory, Exchange Online, M365 suite, and cloud technologies
- Extensive experience managing Active Directory (on-premises and hybrid), Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Active Directory.
- Proven experience with Exchange Online, including user mailbox management, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of Group Policy and troubleshooting related issues.
- Expertise in diagnosing LAN connectivity issues, network configuration, and resolution.
- Experience with Azure Power Apps (design, implementation, management, and troubleshooting).
- Experience with SharePoint (Online and/or Server), including permissions management and integration with other enterprise systems
