Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3rd shift Die Setter to join our team. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining dies in various manufacturing processes. This is a crucial role that requires strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
To perform mold changes on the injection molding machines within the established target times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Knowledge and working ability to run injection molding machines.
· Perform mold changes using an overhead crane.
· Verify molding machine parameters per the set-up book.
· Verify, install, and connect knock out bars, limit switches, hydraulic lines, waterlines, and temperature controller units.
· Change robot programs and load E.O.A.T.
· Clean molds at start up and shut down.
· Adheres to company procedures.
· Hi-Lo experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or GED
· 3 years experience in the mold die setting field
· Experience working with Milacron Machines as well as Roboshot/Sepro Robots machines a plus.
· Read and understand verbal and written instructions
· Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.38 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
