Colonial Plumbing Heating Air in Colonial Heights, VA is looking to add a full-time Journeyman Plumber / Plumbing Technician to our team. Can you service, diagnose issues with, repair, and install equipment and systems in a profitable and safe manner? The typical schedule is based on project schedules with some overtime and weekends as needed. We pay a competitive wage of $27-$37/hour plus spiffs and bonuses. This means that you can earn $60,000-$80,000/year! You would also be eligible for health benefits, dental and AFLAC options (pre-tax), AD&D and term life insurances, and a 401(k) plan. We offer six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and generous PTO (personal time off) after 90 days:
- 40 hours - start through year 3
- 80 hours - 3rd year through year 6
- 120 hours - 7th year through year 19
- 160 hours - 20th year

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER / PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Current plumber license or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Capability to climb ladders, work in hot/cold environments, work in small spaces, and regularly lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
