Job Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Monitor and assist with medication reminders.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents.
Requirements :
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and ensure resident safety.
