Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests and clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our establishment. This position will focus heavily on the concierge side, but will also have some general security responsibilities as well.
Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the front desk
- Assisting guests with directions and any other requests to enhance their experience
- Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, or email and provide accurate information about our services, facilities, and other requests.
- Maintain a clean lobby area, keep the lobby organized and presentable at all times
- Interact with residents, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect security threats and suspicious activities.
- Provide access control, check identification, and maintain visitor logs.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents by following established procedures.
- Complete incident reports and document security-related activities.
- Report any safety or security hazards to the appropriate authorities.
- May be required to scan incoming packages for tenants or residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Starting pay of $16.00 an hour
