Key Responsibilities
- Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch security personnel to various locations as needed, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to call-outs.
- Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for security-related communications, including handling phone calls and emails.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of phone calls and daily activities. Prepare and submit shift reports as required.
- Maintain schedules in the system when call-outs occur to make sure officers are accurately placed/paid properly
- Coordination: Work closely with other security staff, management, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive security coverage while minimizing overtime where possible.
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college coursework or relevant experience in security or emergency management is preferred.
- Experience: Familiarity with security systems and protocols is advantageous.
