Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Designer
We are seeking highly skilled Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Designers to support critical infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in military facility design or large-scale industrial and government infrastructure projects. This is a fully onsite role with potential per diem options for non-local candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop instrumentation & equipment location plans in 2D AutoCAD (with some 3D modeling).
- Utilize AutoCAD and Navisworks to produce detailed layouts, bills of materials (BOMs), and schematics for field instrument enclosures, data room cabinets, servers, and PLC I / O marshalling.
- Create instrument installation details and wiring diagrams for fabrication and construction.
- Work closely with the electrical team to coordinate conduit and raceway routing.
- Interpret engineering specifications to ensure accurate design and compliance with project requirements.
