The Production Superintendent oversees the day-to-day operations of a processing unit in a chemical manufacturing environment. You will supervise operators with responsibility for safety, production, quality, costs, training, and customer service with troubleshooting skills necessary to maintain unit operations.
Overview
- BS Chemical Engineering, BSME, or similar
- 5 years' in chemical plant manufacturing, refinery, or similar
- Hands-on experience in unit operations and experience supervising a team
- 9/80 work schedule, every other Friday off
- On-site daily, flexible start time
- Must adhere to safety protocols
- $115-$135K Salary, 401K with match AND Employer-sponsored pension/retirement plans, PTO, Comprehensive Benefits
