What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) position at Colonial Staffing Group Inc.?
Located just a short walk from South Station, my client is an established, B2C marketing and sales-driven organization seeking driven and curious professionals. They are seeking Senior Financial Analysts across multiple groups.
All openings require 3-7 years of FP&A experience (budgeting, actuals vs. forecasts, partnering with business units, etc.) in a sales/revenue-driven environment or similar industry. However, slight variations exist between the openings.
- Group #1: Front-end focused, partnering with operating teams (marketing, sales, R&D, IT, HR, Software, etc.), adding actions that drive revenue
- Group #2: G&A/SG&A focused with FP&A experience
- Group #3: G&A/SG&A, with emphasis on partnering with IT on project spend, capex/OpEx, maintenance contracts, etc.
Overview:
- $105-140K base salary, 10% annual bonus target
- Hybrid (3 days office/2 days remote)
