What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer position at Colonial Staffing Group Inc.?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineers to support critical infrastructure projects. This is a fully onsite role with potential per diem options for non-local candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Specify and select field instruments, actuated valves, and develop schematics. (Top Priority)
- Develop and review P&IDs, instrument / loop drawings, and remote I / O enclosures.
- Provide expertise in PLC, HMI, and cabinet specifications.
- Design network architecture for industrial automation systems.
- Write detailed Specifications and Scope of Work (SOW).
- Generate requisitions for instruments, equipment, and spare parts.
