Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Project Management Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scope definition, goal setting, deliverable tracking, and timing management.
- Continuously improve product development and rollout processes through stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving.
- Organize and facilitate effective stakeholder meetings, note-taking, troubleshooting, and action item follow-up.
- Support project deployments and continuous improvement initiatives across business units, including operations, tech, marketing, business development, and customer service.
- Analyze business requests to determine successful resolutions, build strategic business cases with stakeholders, and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Communicate clearly with project stakeholders, ensuring clarity on strategy, requirements, timeline adjustments, and progress.
- Proactively manage risks and competing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
- 6 years of experience leading digital projects and product development, with an understanding of agile methodologies.
- Deep expertise in software development lifecycle management.
- Ability to effectively manage offshore teams, considering a 12-hour time difference.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Gantt, flow chart tools).
- Collaborative mindset, ability to inspire confidence and trust while mobilizing project work across the business.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, highly organized, and efficient with time management.
