Colonial Surety Company is a property and casualty insurance company licensed in all 50 states and US territories. Colonial was incorporate in 1930, Treasury Listed and Rate “A” Excellent by AM Best Company.
We are a standard underwriting company employing a digital platform supporting our direct contractor relationship.
Colonial is embarking on a national expansion plan, and currently searching for experienced leader to build and lead a team of surety producers.
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Self-Motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to develop and overachieve production plans.
- Sales, management and underwriting experience
- Active property and casualty license.
- Base Salary of 200,000
- Direct commission on directly produced business
- Commission override on producer produced business
- Expense reimbursement
- Other incentives.
