Colonial Surety Company is seeking an experienced insurance professional with strong insurance product knowledge and distribution experience.
The role involves executing a multichannel distribution plan for our small business and surety products. Our targeted distribution channels include retail insurance agents, aggregators, industry associates, affiliated partnerships, and wholesalers. You will be supported by our digital marketing and extensive ITT Team. Our platform includes a completely automated underwriting and policy issuance system that can be customized to adapt to a wide range of business opportunities.
The position is remote or hybrid, at the candidate’s option. Extensive travel should be anticipated. Compensation includes salary performance, bonus, and long term incentive. Your package will be designed to motivate short and long term premium growth.
