Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Closer located in Daleville, VA. The closer will work closely with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth closing process. The Real Estate Closer will be responsible for processing the file, coordinating and conducting closings, and ensuring all funding requirements are met. Lastly closer will prepare the file to record either locally or electronically in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate, preferably handling closings
- Knowledge of processing and facilitating real estate closings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on-site in Daleville, VA.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Experience in real estate or legal industry is a must
