Your responsibilities will include assisting in the tray set up process, dishwashing and clean up. Additionally, you will be tasked with collecting dietary information from patients to understand their preferences and needs better. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for residents and patients.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization before and after meals.
- Occasionally collect and record dietary preferences and restrictions from patients.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation guidelines in all dietary processes.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or food service environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
