Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for building safety and maintenance
- Manage and coordinate outside vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections
- Supervise and train maintenance staff
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Maintain inventory and order supplies and equipment as needed
- Ensure that the facility meets infection control and safety standards
