What You’ll Do:
Analyze energy efficiency opportunities in refrigeration systems & BAS
Develop cost-effective solutions to optimize energy consumption
Work with local utilities & agencies to secure rebates & incentives
Provide technical guidance on high-efficiency equipment and sustainability initiatives
Monitor energy performance and ensure compliance with industry standards
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or related field)
Experience in HVAC, BAS, or refrigeration systems
Knowledge of energy conservation principles & utility incentive programs
Strong data analysis & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
Certifications (CEM, LEED, etc.) are a plus!
