Requirements of a LPN & RN
· · LPN or RN licensure with the IL Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
- Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
