The Assistant to the Executive Director supports the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility by providing high-level administrative support, helping coordinate resident care services, managing communications, and ensuring the Executive Director’s priorities and initiatives are efficiently implemented. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director, staff, residents, families, and external partners.

Maintain the Executive Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence as requested.

Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and training coordination.

Support the planning and execution of events, inspections, and compliance-related tasks.

Monitor office operations, ensure supplies are ordered, and assist in maintaining records and documentation.

Help address resident or family concerns with professionalism and sensitivity.

Collaborate with department heads to facilitate interdepartmental communication and follow-up.

Track deadlines for licensing, certifications, and other regulatory obligations.
- Takes on call rotation for staffing calls and emergencies
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, CNA preffered

2 years of experience in an administrative or support role; experience in healthcare or senior living setting strongly preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records or scheduling systems.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Working Conditions:
