What are the responsibilities and job description for the Per Diem Direct Caregiver position at Colonnades Assisted Living Center?
Colonnades Assisted Living is currently hiring a per diem caregiver. As a caregiver you will assist residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including: personal care, dining service, housekeeping, laundry, socialization, activities, orientation and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. As a Resident Caregiver, you are a team member, led by the Administrator and Clinical Director. You and your team are responsible for supporting the organization mission, values, and achieving its goals.
PRN Requirments to Maintain Employment-
One Weekend a Month
Two Week Day Shifts a Month
