Position: Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes to drive the bank’s financial performance. Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assess and evaluate loan and deposit pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insights on financial performance and budgetary issues.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
- Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance efforts as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the bank's financial performance.
