We are currently seeking an Account Analyst. The Account Analyst will be responsible for servicing the clients of IMS. The Account Analyst will be a key resource in developing and maintaining high levels of quality, service, and responsiveness to the needs of IMS’ clients.

We are currently seeking an Account Analyst. The Account Analyst will be responsible for servicing the clients of IMS. The Account Analyst will be a key resource in developing and maintaining high levels of quality, service, and responsiveness to the needs of IMS’ clients.
- Provides service in a manner which meets the planning and mailing deadlines of our clients without exception.
- Conducts in-depth, value-added analysis for our clients about the impact of mailing and credit decisions, as well as testing results, to their bottom line.
- Provides timely and effective quality assurance efforts to support our client operational objectives.
- Serves as the liaison between internal IMS support staff and clients.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in a Business and/or Quantitative discipline preferred (i.e., Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Marketing, Business).
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- SAS competency and a working background in direct and database marketing, customer analytics, and statistical modeling.
- Systems integration knowledge needed (internal operating systems with client platforms).
- Knowledge, skill and ability to oversee a project, provide clear, accurate and confident updates and recommendations to internal executive staff and external customers.
- Works daily under the guidelines of the corporate core values.
