Job Description
Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Alternative Media Services Coordinator with exceptional communication and organizational skills. What You'll Do:
You'll serve as the liaison between IMS, vendors, clients, and multiple internal teams to coordinate numerous programs and projects specific to Insert Programs and media services. While we need you to take ownership of your assigned tasks and work autonomously to complete many of them, you'll also need to proactively share updates and collaborate with colleagues and vendors to achieve our shared goals.
As the Alternative Media Services Coordinator, you'll also be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining productive relationships with vendors, brokers, and internal teams including marketing services, printing, data centers, analytics
* Managing Insert Programs for blow-ins, packages, statements, etc.
* Recommending solutions to clients and vendors based on budget, schedule availability, production capacity, etc.
* Tracking metrics for fill rates, productivity, mailer profitability, usage, and more
* Creating projections and managing mailing schedules and processes

Qualifications
We need a quick study with significant experience handling large quantities of detailed information. Ideally you will have an associate's degree in a business field or related discipline and 3 years' related business experience.
In addition, we are looking for:
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams at all levels via both oral and written formats
* An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Windows applications, especially Excel, experience with Power BI is a plus
* Exceptional organizational skills
* The ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple tight deadlines
* Project &/or Program Management experience
* A positive, customer-oriented demeanor
* The ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI
