We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance professional to join our team. Duties:
- Responsible for facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Trustworthy, collaborative, initiative-taking, meticulous, with an impressive work ethic.
- Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal, monitor safety issues, and ensure that all vehicles have a current parking pass displayed in their car.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces by cleaning, removing garbage and checking supplies and replenishing as necessary.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to address any urgent cleaning or repair needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to and completed efficiently.
- Notify the General Manager with solutions for any safety or liability concerns as well as preventative maintenance needs
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude.
- Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant
- Create work orders, log costs incurred by unit owner repairs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure that essential safety equipment such as fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, company equipment, and tools are well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records for all required reporting of systems maintenance and record keeping outlined by Colony Inn SOPs.
- Conduct routine custodial duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, power washing, and dusting to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor furniture, pool area and some janitorial tasks will be necessary.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- The candidate must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

- Must have a valid driver's license and daily transportation for getting supplies and other duties
