Atlantic Tire Distributors, located at 1815 Third Creed Rd, Knoxville, TN, is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist to join our team! Summary:
The Administrative Specialist will oversee the day-to-day front of the house operations of the location by performing the essential tasks listed below. The Administrative Specialist will work alongside the Warehouse Manager (back of the house operations) to ensure the workflow of the location is organized, timely, and complete.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing great customer service that exceeds the expectations of our clients.
- Planning and executing strategies that meet the service goals of the location.
- Maintaining workflow and organization to ensure maximum productivity.
- Providing clear, polite communication during customer interactions.
- Posting payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Billing, credit, and collection.
- Daily Reconciliation.
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties.

Basic Requirements:
- Familiarity with general financial and managerial concepts including accounts receivable, billing, credits, processing payments, and bank transactions.
- Possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong typing ability.
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of previous administrative experience required.
