Key Responsibilities:

- Support office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
- Assist leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Power Query & Data Cleaning – Transforming raw data for meaningful insights.
- Pivot Tables & Data Visualization – Creating dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Advanced Formulas & Functions – Including INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Data Validation & Conditional Formatting – Ensuring data accuracy and enhancing readability.
- What-If Analysis & Scenario Modeling – Using Solver, Goal Seek, and Data Tables for forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret data for process improvement and strategic planning.
