Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of multiple distribution centers in the region.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of tire distribution experience required.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving performance targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
