Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective routing plans for tire shipments.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams and transportation partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor schedules and adjust routes as needed to resolve any issues or delays.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery confirmations.
- Work with logistics teams to optimize inventory management and warehousing.
- Assist in resolving transportation and delivery challenges specific to our tire operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of tire distribution experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in routing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to tackle transportation challenges.
