Job Description:
As a Bar Back, you will play an essential role in supporting the bartenders and ensuring the bar runs smoothly. This includes assisting with restocking supplies, keeping the bar clean, and ensuring the bartenders have everything they need to provide excellent service to our guests. Your ability to stay organized, move quickly, and keep a positive attitude will make you an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Restock and replenish bar supplies such as glasses, liquor, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean and maintain bar area, including wiping down surfaces, emptying trash, and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, stocking coolers, and handling basic prep work.
• Support bartenders during busy shifts by delivering drinks, clearing empty glasses, and maintaining smooth operations.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times and help maintain inventory.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up the bar and securing all supplies at the end of the shift.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, ice, cases of liquor).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
