Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, including taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations while handling ingredients and serving food.
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology skills.
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
