We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as school bus drivers, and we’re offering paid CDL training to get you licensed and on the road! We're seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our school bus driving team.
This is an hourly, benefits eligible, 12-month, position that reports to the Transportation Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students on the bus.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and follow post-trip procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- A passion for learning and a commitment to safety.

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Willingness to complete CDL training within 1 year of employment, paid for by CA.
The pay range for the position is $21.14-$23.50 per hour. Although this is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting, Colorado Academy reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any wage differential that may exist for the position does not relate to sex, gender or gender identity, but relates solely to a seniority system, a merit system, or relevant education, training and/or experience. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance benefit programs are available, as is a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligibility for all benefit programs is defined by the applicable plan document.
